Hi everyone, In outlook there’s an amazing feature which lets you categorize each email so you can keep track which member of staff took that case, also you can with this feature mark an email as done marking it with a designated color,
I recently migrated a whole office all emails from office365 to gsuite however they’re still using outlook but that feature won’t work anymore because it’s an IMAP email does anyone know of a way to get around it or any alternative option to mark emails as done?
I’m also having issues with the drafts being saved in outlook it won’t sync instantly to all other computers that are using the same email address?
another question the email templates are also not syncing because they are not considered email until it’s actually sent so where can I setup In outlook templates for an IMAP email
even one solution would highly be appreciated thanks to all in advance
