Multiple Domain's + Multiple users

I am looking to buy 6 separate domains and with every domain i need 3 or 4 users with an email,
Is there any company that has such bundles for good prices?

They are unbelievable, got them recommended by @Chocolate and forever thankful.

You can try Yandex they give you up to 1000 users.
I didn’t manage do work with them, it’s very complicated but if you can and you trust the Russians it can be an option.
