My Gmail is aging!!

The last few days whenever I try to type within Gmail, something really weird happens, the screen ind of like freezes and then after like 10 seconds all the letters I typed appear suddenly, it drives me insane, every edit I want to make I need to wait 10 seconds for it to kick in, anyone can salvage me?

Tried Incognito? A different browser? Different internet connection?

It keeps on coming back every 2 days, and advice on how to solve this permanently? or what causes this to happen?

@CtrlAltDel Do you have any browser extensions installed on Chrome? Maybe some associated with Gmail?

I have quite a few, but nothing that I added recently, I will try disabling and see what happens.

@CtrlAltDel I had another issue once which also suddenly occured. The extensions update themselfes and sometimes that causes issues…

I would agree to @Hacker26 it’s most probably an extension,
You can try seeing if there is any extension that is taking to much Memory, click on Shift + Esc to open the Chrome Task Manager.
