I would like to open a forum for my employees to speak about troubleshooting and enhancing phonecalls. Which forum system can I use? Is there anything free? What does shutfim use?

@Outworq There are many forum software around some are based on WP that are very easy to setup and run
The main thing to look out is stability and how often do they release updates, fix bugs and so on
Most of the forums you will want to customize it to your needs, so double check different themes and customization options too
