Voice Chat for offline computers

We have a classroom outfitted with computers that are all connected to the same LAN (for the printer) but they are not connected to the internet, is there anyway we can have a voice chat between the teacher and the students on each individual computer without internet?

@Chaim-Hirsch Years ago I once saw such a thing by a friend, I am not sure if it had voice communication but it for sure was an internal chat, I will ask that person what the name of the software he used.

They have voice chat.
