Employee monitoring software?

I would like to track my telephone operators internet activity. Im only planning on having 5-20 employees and am not looking for a major solution. Is there anything out there?

You want to monitor they’re screens? you want to listen in their calls? you want to see their browsing history? -
I would like to just see what they are searching on the internet, my paypercall system will be recording the calls, so if i can here them live, that would be even better, but at least to be able to see their screens, more specifically their internet activity and to even maybe save all of that if possible.

I wouldnt even care if they would first log into a website before they start theyre work and do it all there.

It will record the screen, you won’t have detailed reports or the other fancy features you have with official monitoring software.

@Outworq There is no need to go for the top and pay big prices, there are loads of others around just google
best employee monitoring softwareand you’ll find loads of comparisons, you should be able to find something good enough for what your looking with cheaper pricing.
