I don’t care so much that the background should be fixed, I just want the images to be visible.
Most of the big SIP providers have some kind of restrictions in place. see als https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/STIR/SHAKEN they hope to finish CID spoofing very soon, in my humble opinion it won’t be happening so fast.
