@TechWiz can you share the simplest workaround to get it on an iPad?

As far as I am aware as @Manual shared you need to get an IPA then sideload it on your device,
but be aware you will have to do it every time WhatsApp will need an update.
Also alot say that without having an Apple Dev account and getting your own cert it will cause issues.
