I have a big room that I wand to divide into several tiny offices to rent out, I am looking for a software that can help me figure out a floor plan, I searched a lot but only found software that lets you draw 2d or 3d floor plans.
I need something that I can for example write a minimum room size and it should help me design a layout to maximize the space and fit in the max rooms possible.
does anyone know of anything that may help? -
I found such a tool that is still being developed and is suppose to be released this year, check out https://finch3d.com

Also check this out, looks like the technology doesn’t exist yet, I also found that We work is working on something similar for their desk layout see https://www.wework.com/ideas/this-algorithm-might-design-your-next-office

I think the link is incorrect.

https://kitchenplanner.ikea.com/GB/UI/Pages/VPUI.htmIt’s not what he’s looking for, he is looking for an algorithm that should help him max his space, according to his personal preferences.
